Jim Harbaugh and Ray Lewis – An Emotional Roller-Coaster in GIFs

I’m not going crazy with analysis.  Stats don’t mean too much once we reach the Super Bowl, and it’s pretty hard to predict what’s gonna happen.  Too many intangibles.  Too much emotion.  In fact, this may be the most emotional Super Bowl of all time.  Ray Lewis, who in his “Last Ride” has adopted a new persona that combines a spirited baptist preacher with hormonal teenage girl, has provided emotion in spades.  For San Fran, Jim Harbaugh is basically about to nail down a biopic about him starring Nicholas Cage.

This Sunday, there will be screaming.  There will be crying.  So here, in moving picture form, is a tribute to these two raving psychopaths.

Let’s lead off with Ray’s opening number, with a slight variation.  Not sure which of these guys I find more annoying right now.

Here’s a warm up of what to expect from Jim Harbaugh if things go wrong.

Here’s Ray in two installments of his hugging portion of his farewell tour.  He likes to hug.

“Thanks for having a shitty secondary.  I respect you.”

“I can’t wait to sue you and the NFL in 5 years when I have a crippling brain illness. I respect you.”

Things are heating up for our boy Jim.  I love the slow-mo of the rage creeping onto his face.

I want to know who is wearing that Snuggie in the background?

Oh God, just stop it already.

Can you imagine what he’s going to do if he loses a challenge in THIS game?

Probably something like this…

My honest prediction?  I think the 49ers have more weapons, more talent on defense, and are better in the trenches.  It’ll be close, but it’s 24-20 San Francisco.
Which means we won’t get any of this…

And even more thankfully, this weirdness.  Even Flacco is uncomfortable.
